Victory Baptist Church of Whitehouse, TX, began with a simple but powerful step of faith. With just 12 founding members, God planted a vision to love people where they are and lead them to Jesus Christ, and that vision continues to guide us today.
2014-2023 Built by God’s Faithfulness
During our first nine years, Pastor Rivera faithfully served while working full-time to support his family and the ministry. Through prayer, sacrifice, and unwavering trust in God, a strong foundation was formed, one built on humility, integrity, and a heart for everyday families seeking hope and truth.
A Season of Trust and Growth
As the Lord brought growth and stability, Victory Baptist Church was blessed to support our pastor full-time. This marked an exciting new chapter - one of greater focus, expanded ministry, and deeper impact in our community as we followed where God was leading.
A Church Designed for People
With a heart for families and spiritual health, God led us to three Sunday morning services. This created space for more people to worship, serve, and grow, without sacrificing family time or personal faith. It was another step of obedience that God has richly blessed.

Today, Victory Baptist Church is a thriving, serving church. Our people love to worship, serve, and care for one another, many attending one service and serving in another. We are living out the gospel together through outreach, generosity, and faith in action.
Looking Ahead | Preparing for What God Will Do
As God continues to grow our church, we are prayerfully preparing for expanded facilities and greater outreach. We are building today for the people God will bring tomorrow. Our mission remains clear: to know Christ, make Him known, and reach generations for His glory.
